It is published in accordance with the provisions of applicable laws, including the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules 2020, which require publishing the rules and regulations, privacy policy, and terms and conditions for access or usage of the website. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.

Acceptance of Terms

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("T&C") carefully. By accessing, browsing, or using www.amitielebeauty.com or any other website, mobile version of the website, or mobile application (together the "Website"), or availing any of the products of AMITIE LE BEAUTY (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED (hereinafter referred to as "Company" or "us" or "we"), you, including persons who browse or who order the product, agree to be bound by all of the T&C mentioned hereunder.

Eligibility

Only persons who can enter into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 can use the Website and/or transact on it. Minors must use the Website through their legal guardian. If you represent a company or other entity, you must be authorized to act on its behalf.

Amendments

The Company reserves the right to revise these T&C at any time by updating this page with or without notice. Continued use of the Website after changes means you agree to the updated terms.

About Cashback

Cashback will be credited to the user’s Amitié Wallet account after 7 days of a successful transaction or once the return period is over. The cashback will be in the form of a discount.

How to Avail the Offer

1. Create your new account with amitielebeauty.com or login using your existing AMITIE LE BEAUTY (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED account.

2. Proceed to the payments page and select Wallet cashback as your payment option.

3. If eligible, the cashback will be credited to your Amitié Wallet.

4. You will also receive an Email/SMS confirming the cashback.

Terms and Conditions

• Offer valid for India users only.

• Cashback can be redeemed with your next transaction with us.

• Valid for 90 days from the order date. Check your Email/SMS for the actual expiry.

• Maximum cashback is 70% of the grand total, capped at ₹1000 per order.

• Cashback cannot be withdrawn or transferred to a bank or prepaid instrument.

• Virtual card transactions are not eligible.

• If the order is cancelled/refunded, cashback will be revoked.

• Maximum wallet cashback holding is ₹5,000. Additional cashback requires usage or expiry of previous cashback.

Terms of Offer

The Website offers for sale certain products ("Products"), including trial and free products. By placing an order, you agree to these T&C. Products are for personal use only and may not be resold.
